All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–14 business days after shipment (if applicable)

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

RoccaLifts is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RoccaLifts cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
